For all returns and exchanges, fill out our contact form here. A representative will give you detailed instructions on how to ship the package back to us. Upon receipt of your shipment, your refund will be processed. Refunds post to your account within 7-10 business days.
Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order or if the product was damaged during shipping. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase. If your return does not meet those requirements, it will be denied.
